ORIENTALISM & TECH

On a Sunday evening, a tranquil pause with an oriental ambiance awaits. Stepping into this cute lobby, doors closing behind you, instantly transporting you far, far away, from the bustling streets of Paris. The scent of amber wood contributes to this sense of escape. It sounds like a reminiscence of a touch of Wes Anderson, where time stands still. A courteous lobby boy leads us into this new realm.

We are welcomed with bubbles and sweets in this high-tech room. What sets it apart is the meticulous organization, where everything has its designated place. Our focus is drawn to the essentials: absolute comfort and eclectic design.

SPA, BETWEEN ART & WELLNESS

Reaching the spa area in the evening, this space beckons us with its offerings of a gym, a steam room, a jacuzzi, and a pool. We can't help but be captivated by the ceiling fresco, reminiscent of a Chagall painting, that enchants us as we deep in the water.

Waking up in the morning, we press the button that draws the curtains. A high-end experience. As we make our way to breakfast, walking on the plush carpet feels as comforting as the excellent coffees served to us. There's something for every palate, and the desire to taste everything. To our left, a couple with their child reminds me of the gentle moments of quiet mornings with family.

BOUBALÉ : REFRESH TO F&B IN PARIS

Boubalé, their main restaurant downstairs, is the reinvention of the Ashkenazi cuisine, a history that has traveled from Eastern Europe to Jerusalem, before revealing all its flavors in Paris. Yet, it holds a contemporary twist, under the guidance of Michelin-starred Chef Assaf Granit. Not only the food is mouth-watering, but the ambiance is not like any other place : an energy that brings everybody in a joyful, playful and fun mood - which is pretty scarce to encounter for a hotel's restaurant, isn't it?

We loved our stay there, hotel which now becomes our top boutique hotel to stay at considering location, rate, food, service, spa & gym amenities. So now, you know what to do...
